What's new in February 2025

This month, Grove Art Online publishes new entries on Ukrainian artists, including biographies of Pavlo Makov and Oleksandr Roytburd, important representatives of the Ukrainian New Wave movement. Additionally, this month Grove Art Online adds newly revised entries on the Japanese architecture movement Metabolism, along with updated biographies of associated architects, such as Kenzō Tange and Kishō Kurokawa. This material was updated as part of our ongoing project on Asian art and architecture, overseen by Prof. Sonya Lee at USC.
