Francesco Filiberti was the pupil of Jacopino da Tradate. His only known work is a terracotta Virgin and Child, dated 25 June 1462, found in an antique dealer's in 1910.

A dealer in marble from Carrara, Santino di Checco di Petrincione worked in Palermo between 1504 and 1534. He carved the statues on the tribune of the church of S Cita and made the choir enclosure in Palermo Cathedral.
