Sculptor (wood), architect, draughtsman, goldsmith.

Influenced by Prosp. Scavezzi, Giovanni Battista Montano settled in Rome during the pontificate of Gregory XIII. He carved many sculptures in wood and designed altars, tabernacles and tombs....
