Pre-Columbian Terms: Pronunciation Guide
In conjunction with Grove's ongoing project on Latin American art and architecture, the editors have assembled this pronunciation guide for Pre-Columbian terms. Led by Professor Thomas Cummins of Harvard University, our multi-year commissioning effort adds hundreds of new texts to Grove Art and includes revisions to every existing Grove article related to this field. All of this material will publish online-first, and when production is complete, the articles will be gathered into a 3-volume print work, the Grove Encyclopedia of Latin American Art and Architecture.
Click on each term below to reach the Grove Art article on the given site, culture, or topic. More pronunciations will be added to this guide as new accompanying articles publish in the year ahead. Please write to the editors (email@example.com) with any questions or to suggest additional terms for the pronunciation list.
