Frank Desch lived in Provincetown, MA, before moving to New York City. He worked mostly in oil and focused on figure and portrait subjects in an Impressionist style. He was a member of the Salmagundi Club, the Allied Artists of America, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art and Provincetown Art Association. He exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, the Salmagundi Club and the Corcoran Gallery in Washington....
